The rooms in this hotel were beautiful and very comfortable. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a huge TV with a variety of movies that added to our romantic stay. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the theme park we visited and this made moving around very easy.

The language barrier was a huge challenge for us as most of the staff did not speak English and communicating was hard. Also, the breakfast served at the hotel was not up to our standard as European guests and we did not enjoy it as much as we would have liked. the hotel had its good sides and some downsides. Although the staff were not able to speak much English, they were still friendly towards us. The best aspects of the hotel were the rooms, amenities and location while the worst aspects were the breakfast and language barrier. We had a romantic escape which the hotel did cater to, but we missed not having a perfect hotel experience.

This hotel is terrific for anyone who loves karaoke and casinos! the location is perfect for easy access to Chimelong Paradise theme park and a variety of attractions. Guests can enjoy the comforts of spacious and clean rooms with huge TVs and tons of drinking water. Staff are always friendly and concerned , providing excellent service. Amenities such as the queen room, comfortable bed, and well-designed bathroom make this hotel an unforgettable experience of luxury and relaxation.
